Petrodata Kazakhstan JSC is the Operator of the National bank of oil and gas data of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Operator’ functions include the following:
1. Loading of the state geological and geophysical data
2. Loading of geological and geophysical data of NDB subscribers
3. Data access in on-line real time
4. Support of subscribers, NDB work teaching..
The structure of interrelations between the Company – subscriber, Operator and the Committee for Geology and Subsoil Use is shown in the figure 1..

Interrelations of the Operator and the State are defined in the Operational Agreement. Interrelations of NDB subscriber are defined by another two agreements – the Subscription agreement with the Operator and Introductory agreement – with the State.
